Q: I’ve never had coaching before. What does a typical session look like?
When booking, you'll be prompted to drop a few notes about your situation and the sort of help you're after. The session itself will begin by taking some time to get to know you and the struggles you're facing right now. There is no one size fits all approach here. We will explore and tackle some of your concerns head on, leaning on the wealth of experience I've had over the past years as a creative freelancer myself. The main goal is that you can gain clarity and focus for your life and business by the time the session is complete. Above all, coaching sessions with me are a safe space for you to bring the whole of you. This is a judgement free zone, and by using the right questions, we get to the bottom of what’s holding you back.
Q: How can coaching actually help me?
Coaching is a tool that helps to redirect you. There's a lot of noise (information) out there and it can be difficult to prioritise what's really important for your journey. I'd like to stress that I'm not a manifestation coach, but rather I'm an action coach! So, if you want to truly be pushed, stretched and provided real constructive feedback then you need to work with me. I'm here for the creators who want to experience success and grow beyond their wildest imagination. My coaching won't help you if you're a small thinker, not willing to take risks and put in the hard work where it really counts.
Q: How long does coaching take?
Accessibility is a really big thing for me and so because of this I offer both one-off coaching sessions and retainer booking packages. My one-off power hours are ideal if you need some fine-tuning, have a few burning questions or need someone to bounce ideas off. These sessions are highly flexible and are tailored to you. My monthly coaching hours are for creative freelancers who are need of more ongoing support and a source to proper accountability. Whatever option you choose, you can be guaranteed that the session will be impactful and valuable.
